Very bad management

<p>Virgin Active Lonehill is in urgent need of better management. This gym is going backwards at a rapid rate. Spinning room is a joke. Speakers are distorted, microphone is a joke (there either is not one in the room or when there is it DOESNT work correctly). Airconditioning has not worked for the last two days and the only notice members received was a sign in reception saying that THERE WILL BE NO HOT WATER DUE TO LOW WATER PREASURE. The place is dirty, the staff unmotivated and members are unhappy. How disappointing for Virgin Active South Africa.</p>
