Vergin Active promotion.

Vergin Active Port Elizabeth Greenacres, had one month free promotion. Salesman sold it to me then signed agreement. Then I went and Active my card and I was given just a bag and they said they will contact me for other things I should get after paying R50. I was not contacted. I decided to go and start. I was told now about extra fees to pay for a trainer and I didn't have money by the time. I didn't go or used my one month free service. Next thing they debited on my account and I reversed my money as the agreement was incomplete. Now I'm trying to buy myself contract cellphone and they found out that I'm owing Vergin Active over R3000 rands. Please help me I want clarity.
