Vergin Active Glenvista a no no

Shower water and small pool always cold I complained this morning to the captin, the board was saying the pool tempruture was 28, she change the board to 31 (the pool water was 28) Gym over full since 2 clubs closed down, I know of 3 clubs that has closed down, You can complai with the manager at the club or HO nothing happens, Is Glentista closing next, they just can't do it.
