Crimes start small and with uncaring/dismissive brands such Virgin active it grows and escalate to violent crimes, where serious harm is done to people even life's getting lost. The security and safety of people clearly is not that a concern to them, clearly we are just numbers and profit mules who's lives, properties and sanity is not respected or of interest to virigin active.

My wife is currently traumatized as this ******** has gone as far as accessing her personal information and threating her through sent messages to her on her 2nd number using the ****** number demanding passwords. My wife is currently us in a state trying to recover by blocking all important apps and changing passwords. She hast trust in the virgin active gyms as the staff have no empathy towards her ordeal.
