VA Waterfall - Kyalami (Heat)

I am very disappointed at the lack of care that is developing around the Waterfall Virgin Active. I have made numerous complaints as well as writing on the complaints cards at the front desk, only to never get any effective response from management. The gym is far too hot. All that needs to happen is ask your members if they are comfortable. I have complained numerous times only to get no assistance or even care. The pool is now also too hot. I am a professional swimmer and when a pool is too hot it is unbearable to train in. It should be 27 degrees and I haven't gotten a clear answer as to what it really is. I use the pool because it is the best facility by far, however the heat and the number of unsupervised or un-parented children that just jump and splash around is beginning to truly detract from any upsides. I don't think it's expecting a lot to want to be able to gym in a professional and cool, controlled climate.
