VA & Vitality complaint

After a couple of phone calls, I have come to a dead end, no response whatsoever.
Here's the story:
My Vitality was cancelled 31 December 2015. Without notice to me (even though I was a dependent)
On 11 January 2016 I went in to Virgin active. I paid the R1450 vitality fee to activate my gym membership (Please Note That this is after the cancelation date of vitality). Everything was 100% fine according to Virgin Active. As far as I am concerned, Discovery Vitality had to approve of this transaction. I attended gym for the price of R402.50.
In May I got an email out of nowhere stating that my account is in arrears. So for the past 2 months I have been paying R805 without any notice from VA or Vitality.
Despite all of the above, I got my own medical aid and vitality, which is active from 1 June 2016.
I want my VA membership reinstated as of 1 June 2016 to the the lesser amount, without having to pay the R1450 fee from vitality again as this was negligence from Both sides of the party (Vitality as well as VA)
I have been transferred from VA to vitality and vice versa continuously. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
