VA poor service delivery

After my initial report, I received a call from the Pavilion VA manager. I advised him to call me back in an hour as I was in a meeting at the time. I've yet to hear from him. The level of disregard for customers is revolting. I want my membership cancelled with immediate effect. I will not be paying a penalty as this is the result of poor service provided by VA!
