VA is a great gym but fees don't vary when their no longer providing contracted services

I am a difficult customer to please but VA has done a lot. I'd give then 5 stars if they had sauna instead of steam because most of the time we have water restrictions and steams don't work yet we still pay the same amount. Even now, we should not be paying the same amount when the services on our contracts arent offered.
