VA Greenpoint Cape Town is underwhelming - to say the least!

I've been visiting VA Greenpoint for many years(since the era of H&R), when I'm in Cape Town. It used to be the nicest gym in CPT and still is, one of the most expensive. The condition of the gym has, unfortunately, really deteriorated. Two years ago, when I complained, I was told the lease is up for renewal, so they didn't want to spend money on maintenance until the lease is secured. I visited Cape Town again last week and went to VA Greenpoint - expecting an upgraded gym. When I got there on the 14th March 2025, the men's steam room was out of order. The showers are in terrible condition, with the mixers in 3 of the showers not functioning properly, poor after pressure and mould on the ceilings. The cooldown area has since been converted into a Coldbath(where people without showering plunge into the cold baths straight from the sauna). When I asked when the steam room would be repaired, I was told: we don't know. Sunday, it worked again. Thursday, it was out of order again... And listening to the locals, this is the norm at the gym! Why should we keep paying VA our full membership fees, when facilities(that we pay for - at a premium in some gyms), are constantly out of order - for days at a time..? Maybe VA should take a look at the case studies of Co's who treated their customers like that(you will find their stories if you Google - as most of them are no longer doing business).
