VA Dissaster

My membership has been cancelled without my knowledge whilst i have paid monthly fees and up to date. Calling VA call centre is a -nightmare you get send from pillar to post. If you want to escalate to speak to a manager or supervisor you get told you have to make a booking to speak to them and they will call you in 2 days. Than they play blame games with each other. VA active admin is a disaster. I have not been able to access the gym and my membership is up to date. If i was able to access this would have been after a long explanation at reception. One agent told me i would have to wait till this has been fixed on their end how ever long it takes.....This is ridiculous
