V/A consultants? THE PITS🤮

Virgin Active consultants are the WORST!! They offered me a 50% discount if I decided to re-join the gym. Little did I know that it'll be a start of an admin nightmare. I keep telling these people that my outstanding balance should be for 1 month but they insist that I had not paid for 4 month. I keep telling them I was paying 50% of my membership and they keep saying they'll fix it but I get another call from a clueless consultant asking me to repeat the same story. I am disgusted by the service I've received from these consultants so far. It's like they sit in front of their computers and just tell themselves they'll be utterly useless everyday.
