VA Centurion- wake up call

Called VA Centurion to try and see if my dad was there. This was about 5h30pm. They refused to check on their system. This is despite the recent kidnappings and ******ies going around. They have no concern whatsoever for people's safety. I fully understand their policies and procedures. This is after me telling the lady who took my call that my dad is 81. Time to review some of the policies perhaps VA South Africa?
