VA are *******

I requested for a downgrade in mid-Nov from Classic to Claremont VA. The agent rep**** and confirmed that my monthly debit order was reduced from R1,425 to R855, clearly stating on email that the new amount R855 will be debited as from 1st November 2022. However, to my surprise I was still charged R1425 for the month of Nov and I was denied access to the Classic gyms that I used to go for that price.

I have tried to call and sent emails but no one attended to that. VA are ******* and do not act on what they say. I am very disappointed!!
