VA app sucks!

VA should be ashamed of all the bad reviews it gets, but apparently it does not care... my review is on the VA app. The worst app ever! Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Customer sevice helpline to assist takes ages to get an agent to speak to and "assistance" often does not solve the issue. Reward system is a farce! I visit my club 5 times a week. Never get a reward. When I enquired about this at my club I was told 100s of members have the same issue. VA, rather go without the app, it is a disgrace and does nothing to improve your reputation!
