Utterly disgusted in the poor communication being misinformed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely dissapointed in the lack of your consultant misinforming me just to have me sign up!!!! Its a disgrace, upon signing up I was not informed that my kids will have to pay from the first month and NOT from Jan as I would be doing. When I signed up she told me I will only be paying in Jan!!!! How was I suppose to know that signing up my kids as well as myself they would not be part of the campaign!!!! Please tell me how this is my problem???? and to put the cherry on the cake her manager doesn't even have the decency to call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am utterly disgusted in you guys. If any of you at virgin active has an explaination, please feel free to contact me ASAP!!!!!!
