Useless Virgin Active systems

Virgin active has lost the connection to my discovery vitality discount. They then started invoicing me the full amount. I then cancelled my membership because they were not able to resolve it within 3 months. Now 5 months later they inform me that i am 5.5k in arrears. I informed them i am not going to pay R1060pm as i signed up for vitality discount R260pm. They are unable to reverse the charges or credit me. Discovery confirms Virgin cancelled the gym benefit on their system. And offco**** Virgin blames discovery
