USELESS Virgin Active call centre staff

I recently called the call centre with regards to my account. The consultant was extremely rude, she was unable to assist me in any way so I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager was off because it's a public holiday, I then asked to speak to any manager that was available, I was told that managers are busy and in meetings. I then asked the consultant how is one meant to get answers if no one is willing to assist me and the consultant put the phone down one. This is not the first time I have a problem with the Virgin active call centre staff. If the staff are not trained what are they getting paid for?!
