Useless service, rude staff

Virgin Active Randburg has the most useless rude reception staff. Been trying to get through to arrange swimming lessons for my daughter and they are the most unhelpful bunch. You'd think they want the swim coach to fail? They cannot and will not put me in touch with him, and they never get back to me which means I am continually having to phone reception.
