Useless Service from Virgin Active

These people are just not interested in your complaints. Very useful service from customer support. Rewards system is a joke. I tried to claim a reward from their system. Almost 2 months has past. The QR code expired. I sent multiple emails requesting for feedback. Just not interested in helping. Go to the gym to request for feed back. I get a very rude response saying they will call you. Who the hell will call me. When will they call me. You guys need to be specific. Stop these games and get people what they want. I am disgusted with the service I got from Virgin Active. I am at a point in canceling my membership now.
