Useless service

I phoned virgin active and spoke to Shakira. I asked to cancel and she assured me it was cancelled. There was supposed to be a cancellation fee instead the normal debit order went off again this month.

If she didn’t understand that I was calling cancellations to cancel I don’t know.

Virgin active has gone down.
