Useless customer service & unauthorized monthly billing VIRGIN ACTIVE

Absolute disgusted by the poor Customer Service of virgin active head office , virgin active roodepoort ( manager paul ) & ( karabo ) assistant manager . Every month virgin active deduct different amounts by debit order , sales consultants ( kush ) who falsifies the monthly amount , whats not been agreed on your contract . Luckily I have kept records on our correspondence as proof . Will cancel my contract in due time
