Useless Clowns

Gyms are still not open at full capacity, but for some reason, Virgin decided September is the perfect month to start taking money from people - for a service they can't deliver? I've been trying to get hold of someone for a week now. I phoned the Wembley branch but had the unfortunate luck of talking to a very aggressive employee that basically told me it's my responsibility to keep track of things. I've tried calling, Facebook, email - NOTHING. Still waiting on a response. I don;t just want a refund, I also want to CANCEL my contract.
