USELESS ADMIN DEPARTMENT

How pathetic is this company’s admin department. As a young adult I’m trying to build a good credit score but don’t think joining virgin active will help you. It has been two months now of my debit order not going off and having to go into my branch at Humewood and paying at the counter. EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in to the gym they say my account is in arrears of almost a R1000 ?????? Virgin Active SA get your admin department together, seriously.
