Useless

So Virgin Active calls me this morning 05/07/2021 saying there's an outstanding amount on my account, but I have asked them to change my bank details in April already and then I sent the below email on the 2nd of June already and I have in contact with your contact center and spoke to Tanya who took down my new bank details and said she was gonna give to the back office department to update it

"Hi

So my bank Fnb has been trying to contact you guys to change my bank details since the 19th of April already and when I called in to you guys they said you cant because of the cyber attack you suffered

I just received a transaction declined message from FNB to say you guys tried again to debit my old account

Please change my account details to the following

My gym card number is as follows *********
