Urgency

A big thanks to Tracy Lee from Virgin Active Head Office for resolving a small Problem regarding their staff and also to Jaco from Montana who helped me resolve a situation that got out of hand. The problem was handled in a professional manner and action was taken against the staff member who was in the wrong. This is a good response from Virgin and also shows they care about the Member. 3 names have made my opinion about Virgin change in a Very positive way(Nadia,Jaco,Tracy) thank you and thank you for the open door policy and I will recommend any member of virgin to speak to any of these 3 staff members. <br> <br> Thank you again Virgin Active Staff!!!!!!
