I have been with virgin actuve for 12 months and i have since elected to terminate my contract upon its conclusion. When i called the centre they jnformed that they shall be debiting me for the following month although their email communication stated that i should inform them prior to the 30th of June should i wish to cancel. That is unacceptable as i will not be using the services in July and my contractual obligations for the 12 months have been fulfilled.
