unreliable gym, unprofessional staff

<p>I am so disgusted by Virgin Active Mitchells Plain, month in and month out we pay our membership fees just to receive unreliable services and this is not the first time.</p> <p>firstly Virgin Active Mithchells Plain has the most outdated spinning equipment, spinning equipment which hardly remains together.</p> <p>secondly lately the tuesday spinning instructors never pitch up or arrive late for the class, this is an unreliable service to render to paying members.</p> <p>We continue to complain to the management of this club, but it would seem that nothing is being done in resolving many of our issues and yet you expect us to pay our membership fees on time.</p> <p>I dont see any reason why i should pay the club fee if nothing is been done, then we might as well join the liking of clubs such as zone active.</p> <p>Look forward hearing back soon.</p>
