Unreasonable

My son lost his job and tried to reach an agreement with Virgin Active regarding his contract. They refused to help him or just place the contract on hold. He was jobless for 7 months. When he started working again he went back to Virgin Active again to make arrangements just to find out he was black listed and handed over to their debt collectors.
