Unprofessionalism

Loyed at Virgin Active has been giving me the runaround and really not happy with his poor customer service. It has been over a month, and my registration fee still hasn't been refunded due to a cancellation mix-up. Loyed confused me with someone else during this process, which has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I hope Virgin Active can address this issue promptly and improve their customer service in the future.

He is very unprofessional, and has no regard for my time. I was promised a call back and guess what! I have never received any feedback from him. Unbelievable!!
