Virgin Active has turned to be unprofessional!

I was given a discount of three months.Later I was told that I have arrears due to that.

I made a follow on that and I was promised that will be resolved.Jacqui Walter is the one that spoke to. When I needed to login on Virgin Active app,I got info that there's a payment I need to do.

Lastly what is worse my membership has increased so madly,with no communication whatsoever!Need that money back!!
