Unprofessional treatment

On 2020/03/10 I went to virgin active glenvista which is the virgin gym I use. I had not used my card on 3 previous occasion. As I went in to gym on the day I was told I Will not be granted access in the most unprofessional way ever in full view of other clients. I pay a monthly premium of 750 rand and I'm told that I am not allowed to accces the gym? I'm told I need to go home and fetch my card. I am very unhappy about the way I was treated at the that gym and the unprofessional manner on which their staff handle such situations it's apauling to say the the very least.
