UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!!! VIRGIN ACTIVE GREENPOINT ‼️

I was chilling going on about my life and then I got an email regarding the Padel intro class. I made a booking and it was confirmed for Tuesday 21.05.2024 refer to screenshot attached 18:00 - 19:00pm. I was then asked if I can make 17:00-18:00pm rather I then reply to advise I can’t because I only leave work at 17:00. They then confirm 18:00-19:00pm again. I get there on Tuesday on time and I’m told I was supposed to be there at 17:00-18:00pm. After I called and they confirm 18:00-19:00pm. Refer to call log screenshots. I took my time and drove to Greenpoint because I was advised incorrectly basically **** to by your staff!! PLEASE ADVISE me on how going forward I’m able to trust your staff members after blatantly being **** to!! What ****es me off is that I called on the day and I was told to pitch at 18:00-19:00. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND ********* AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Please investigate and explain to me what kind of service you’re offering to your clients. I spoke to the coach his number is *** and he confirmed 18:00-19:00pm this needs to be escalated and addressed with urgency ‼️ until today I haven’t gotten an explanation for the unacceptable behaviour!
