Unprofessional service

I'm trying to get my son a contract at Brighwater Commons gym but the service is extremely unprofessional - similar to doing a drug deal in the street. I've been there twice now. I tell the reception desk that I want a new contract. I'm not invited inside but some unknown person comes up to me and asks me what I want again. I tell him and then he says "I can do this for you" and writes a number on a piece of paper and gives it to me. The rates also change all the time - when we phone its one rate, when we go in its another rate and if we come back again its a 3rd rate. I've asked for some official list of rates but there is never one because the system or printer is always down. It seems that whoever these people are they are trying to charge us any random amount of money (the highest that they can possibly get away with) . Yesterday they tell us that their rates are high because the equipment is new and they have more facilities than your other branches. Is this really how you run your gym? If so then its very bad advertising and unacceptable. No other gym treats customers like this.
