Unprofessional Receptionists

Last week was my first time at virgin active and I experienced bad service from the receptionist, either way I signed up for gym.le because the consultant’s service was incredible. Today I went back for my first day of gym and got another rude receptionist. It was so disappointing! Don’t you guys train your receptionist?
