Unprofessional Bullying Business Practice

I am disgusted by this ridiculous company called Virgin Active. Again they have been calling me and sending messages demanding monies I don't know about. I had a one year contract with them in 2016 and when the contract ended I personally contacted them to stop any further debits they agreed. More than 2 years after for some stupid reasons they come and demand money. Last month it was R550 and I wrote a complaint in this platform. Today the amount has changed to R475. What sort of business are they running, a **** or a 419.

This is my message to Virgin Active you will get such money where the sun doesnt shine. I am flubbergusted if I may call it.
