Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service
<p>On th 30.08.2016 I was nearly assaulted by a manager at Virain Active Wonderpark. He was restrained by one of his employees . I was utterly disturbed by his conduct nd now I fear for life. I lodged a complain at around 12.30 PM at Virgin Active H.O. and was promised that a senior manager will contact me to resolve the matter. And they did not do that. I received an email from the manager concerned saying contemptuously that if I complained about him and that complained landed in his file. </p> <p>Yoo. I am disturbed by thus conduct of this big company</p>

On the 31 .08.2016 , I had a discussion with Trevor re my matter. He reiterated the seriousness of this matter for both of us. The sanction being dismissal and termination of membership.
What amazed me the most was that the maker was not put on leave for investigation to proceed.
On the 04.092016 I had a follow up meeting with Trevor who presented the statements that the manager in question gather from the staff in order to exonerate himself. On the statements I was suddenly the person who was assaulting the manager. And nothing was said about the manager concerned.
The main issue of this problem is based on bad mouthing and gossiping of the manager with other club members about me. Which I feel strongly about because he said that I was unqualified to exercise with a team of leaders. If Koketso had an issue with me he would not have stoop that low to s sa sintered my character in that forum.
The exercises that we are doing, the classes were run by Mpum the fitness trainer . After Mum left we as club members we continue doing them. I was taken aback by Trevor statements that my training club members were paying me. It is a he'll of an allegation
I have been requested to fill in for instructors that could not conduct ABS classes by management. Koketso was aware of it and at one stage he told me he would give me Virgin Active uniform.
As far as the way Trevor conducted himself during our meeting , it was just condescending and trying by all means to vilify
Why should I fabricate Liss that Koketso wanted to assault me . What will I benefit in the interim.
Koketso was restrained by Papie not to attack me. He allegedly went to the kitchen and took off his jackets and still wanting to go and assault. I wonder if this an acceptable behaviour of a manager.

My post dated 06.09.2016 refers;
1. I was forced to conduct classes for ABS without proper qualifications many a times . That was putting the welfare and health of the club members at risk. And rights as an ordinary club member was infringed. There was no compenation whatsoever rewarded to me.
is that exactly how Virgin Active as group conducts it's business and put lives of its members in a risk and taking members for granted.
2. Mr Koketso infringed on my rights as member of Virgin Active by gossiping with junior club members who are supposed to be my kids about me ,making myself a pseudo a personal trainer without qualifications. Just because I am the only male training with ladies, That gossiping is tantamount to defamation of character.
3. My concerns raised about Virgin Active being biased re my matter felt on deaf ears instead of having an unbiased committee to resolve this matter.
4. I raised concerned that Mr Koketso was busy coercing his subordinates to formulate reports about this incident and I found it odd that he was not move to another branch pending the investigation. It was never done to try and cover up the incident.
5.Mr Koketso wrote an email stating that he was emotional and his actions dI'd not warrant any sanctions except training.
6. 1. Virgin Active Group must have a Procedure of good governance for both members and employees .
6,2, Must have a conflict resolution similar to the ombudsman powers to safeguard the constitution rights of its members.
6.3. If an incident of this nature takes place the will mechanism to resolve them by properly engaging with the member than unilaterally saying we have the rights to terminate the membership.
7. I lodged a complaint with the club managers about the conduct of the managers and surely I become a victim of heavy handed action of management .
8. I spent over 27 years at both Health Racquet and Virgin Active without any incident or perhaps this issues has its own undertones.
9. If by now you have taken action to terminate my membership based on this fabrication of lies and denting my reputation as a father , I won't hesitate to clear my name and restore my constitutional right as a citizen of this country.
