Unprofessional and RUDE service

I canceled membership in May. They keep deducting fees. They are RUDE and called today again insisting that they want payment of arears (even with written confirmation that the agreement has been cancelled). They are unprofessional and do not keep track of their admin. I will NEVER join them again.
