Unprofessional and rude cleaning ladies

Virgin Active Bedfordview cleaning staff is unprofessional and gossip moguls. They speak bad about members in their language. so fat we do not understand. The sauna and steam are to be switched off 15 minutes before closing time. They make you feel unwelcomed when are are still using these facilities even 30 minutes before closing time. The members did not choose you to do this job, you choose this job so suck it up and allow us to enjoy what we are paying for. Virgin active by not responding to our complains you are showing us that you do not care, you are in it for the money. Maybe it’s time we switch
