unprofessional and rude

this lady begged me to take up a booster for a personal trainer and told me that she would be training me, after taking the booster i whatsapped her as that's how we used to communicate,i was disgusted by the rude and unprofessional manner which she responded to me,i am disgusted and i hate Virgin active, i will not be undermined by a person who would irritate me with calls 5 times and day and now that i took the booster she decides to become arrogant,i have screen shot our conversation and posted it on Facebook for people to see how rude virgin active trainers are. i want the membership cancelled i don't see my elf walking in there to look at her face.
