Unprofessional and lack of service

Unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. 3 to 4 years after cancelation our membership and receiving no communication from them and now all of a sudden we get a handed over for outstanding balances. After speaking to accounts person they can see the membership was canceled but they cannot action anything until we send them the letter to confirm cancelation... Absolutely ridiculous.
