Unprofessional

I went to virgin active Cresta to join and was going to activate my vitality card to make my fees cheaper.<br> <br> I have however not activated the vitality yet and was expecting to be charged atleast R400 for a normal subscription but he put me on a R600 subscription.<br> <br> I was not even given a copy of the contract when i went to sign up he took 2 good hours on the system moving from one to the other.<br> <br> He was just asking me to sign without even explaining what it is and obviously i was now in a rush to go home as i had been there for 2 good hours.<br> <br> I have not even went to gym for 5 minutes but they still charged me R600!!
