Unpermitted debit orders

I've cancelled my gym contract over 4 months ago along with vitality. Since then Virgin active have debited me each month R840. I've made several attempts to correct this yet none of their representatives have been able to rectify this... they've all told me it's been corrected yet the debit orders still occur.
