When I joined Virgin active Tygervally, the sales consultant told me that I can gym at any gym from the 15 Dec 2019 to the 15 Jan 2020. This morning I was refused entrance at Virgin active Greenpoint. I was also told by the sales consultant that once a month I can gym at any Virgin active. The manager at Greenpoint told me that there is no such thing. When I told him that I want to lay a complaint, he said that I can't lay a complaint, I need to go back to the sales person who assisted me. ******** sales and horrible client care.
