******** and unhelpful

I took out a membership at my local virgin active gym and when I became pregnant towards the end of my 12 month contract, I phoned as well as went into the gym to make sure that my contract was to end after 12 months and not continue month to month. I however continued to be charged 3 months after my contact was to end and when I try query my supposed out standing fee I get no help in rectifying the problem. Virgin Active is very quick to take your money but not so good at rectifying undue charges. I am very upset and disappointed.
