Unhygienic Swimming Pool

My husband and I joined the Tableview Virgin Active in November 2014 with the prime purpose of swimming training. <br> <br> The pool and the surrounding area was so filthy, that we decided to transfer our membership to Sunningdale after one week of training (mud, tissues, plasters around the pool). While these facilities are brand new and mostly clean, we arrived at gym on Wednesday 04 Feb to find a unusually hot and dirty pool? We got in, and decided that it must just be a bit of an off day. <br> <br> 10 minutes later, the cleaning staff came to do their usual pool cleaning routine: to our horror, this not only included sweeping the dirty, stagnant floor water into the pool, but also using a grout cleaner to push the tile grout into the pool after each tile had been done! This would never be allowed in any establishment with recreational safety and hygiene standards! <br> <br> We jumped out of the pool, cancelled our contract, and left! It was no suprise that we had a \stomach bug"and high fever for the next 3 days- a confirmation of how dangerous contaminated water is! <br> <br> This is absolutely unacceptable"
