unhappy job seeker

I app**** for work online at every virgin active all over western cape but got declined every time. I do not have matric yes, but I do have grade 11 and enough sales experience than the matriculants with no experience at all that they actually employing. I actually finished school in 1993 and up to now today I think I picked up more than enough experience in that sector. I followed up on a few areas just to see wo actually the positions were given to and to my surprise it's all people with no or a few months selling experience but however have matric. I have a gym membership account by them that's in arrears because I'm unemployed for more than 3years already and I'm actively looking for work every single day. however, I can't understand why I can't get hired by the same company I actually owe money to and what easier way to collect their outstanding arrears by employing me for the vacancy and actually getting their money I owe paid back to them. I find it strange that their qualified recruiters can't seem to see that when they check an applicant's status to their website or do they just randomly select any matriculant that app**** for the position at hand. I know everybody is looking for work nowadays but really now, applying for work by them in every suburb in western cape I can think of and getting declined is really frustrating to see. I feel that I should rather join ZONE FITNESS when I start working again and just pay virgin finish and not even recommend them to anyone.
