Unhappy customers

I want to cancel my membership due to the fact that the systems have changed now and I no longer have access to the club that I want to attend. I have been told that I can upgrade to the other club but then I don't pay for my kids to train with me. This is unacceptable and now that I want to cancel I have to pay a cancelation fee
