Unhappy customer

I phone the call center in June spoke to a lady by the name of NOZy to transfer me into a different virgin active she damn transferred me into a wrong club that she liked, since then I'm charged a high amount, I called again on the 27th of july until to complain spoke to NOBATHEMBU who was suppose to listen to the call n come back with feedback but she didn't, again I called yesterday spoke to a supervisor can't remember the name she was suppose to come back to me with a solid feedback before the end of the day nothing happened,, past 2 months I've been reversing n reversing the debits n my credit is being ruined because of such bad service I need this to be sorted, I'm now unable to gym because of a stupid mistake that was made by stupid agent!!!!!
