Unhappy Client

Very unhappy with No communication from Virgin Active little falls with constant electricity problems. Electricity has been off since 12 February 2026 up to 16 February 2026. No communication has been sent out or updates with regards to electricity. Inconvenience myself and many others driving all that way. This is becoming unexpectable.
