Unhappy client

I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving at Virgin Active Red Sammy Marks Pretoria, there is guy called Sydney I believe he is a Manager there, the guy always puts his needs over client. I'm I have been a loyal member since 2018 but now I'm considering canceling my membership with this guy's service.

He just stop in the middle while we are busy exercising so that he can have his own session. I'm not the only one we are all not happy with the guy. Someone must STOP this guy before he does more damage.
